Smart factory leading company COMPUTERMATE (CEOs Seo Sang-in and Kim Sung-ho) recently signed a contract with Pratama Abadi Industri, a footwear OEM manufacturer for the global sports brand Nike located in Indonesia, to build an integrated smart factory system.

Pratama is a strategic production base with a complex multi-process system. Through this contract, COMPUTERMATE will build an integrated management system combining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across production, quality, warehousing and logistics, and materials at Pratama. COMPUTERMATE and the Indonesian Pratama TF team recently held a kick-off meeting for the ERP & MES implementation and took a commemorative photo.

This export contract is the result of COMPUTERMATE’s Process Innovation (PI) consulting project for Pratama, which has been carried out since last year. In particular, it is evaluated as a rare case where a domestically developed MES solution is directly exported to and applied at an overseas manufacturing site.

COMPUTERMATE specializes in production processes based on rubber materials. With customized MES design reflecting the properties of rubber materials, the company can precisely manage compound recipes, process history, and quality abnormalities. It possesses technological capabilities to effectively manage the high variability and repetitiveness characteristic of the rubber industry.
